As a registered charity we intend to be transparent with the way we do things.
These policies are in a state of permanent review whilst we grow through these early stages. We were formed as a charity on the 13th February 2023, so we are still figuring it all out.
Heart for Chorley is a Christian charity in the sense that, the founder members are active, Bible believing Christians with responsibilities in the leadership or function of their chosen church organisations. Whilst our board of Trustees is majority Christian, and it is a requirement for employees and volunteers to show their ability to support the Charity's Christian ethos, it is not a requirement for them, or any beneficiary, to identify as Christian to access our services. We work very hard to ensure that our operations remain professional and inclusive.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any ideas or input to our charity policies so that we can continue to improve for the benefit of everybody that accesses our services or works with us.
