If I had to cut out all my favourite foods to get in shape and stay there, I honestly wouldn’t bother.
A few years ago, I weighed 94kg. Back then, I believed one “bad” meal would ruin all my progress. So I’d binge and “start again on Monday.” Sound familiar? The moment I realised I didn’t have to be 100% perfect with food was the moment I started making real progress. Life’s too short to cut out the things you love. Yes, you’ll need to cut down on higher calorie foods to lose weight, but cutting them out completely? No chance.
